Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 If you choose to return your purchased item(s) you may do so within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Once orders have been made there is no cancellation.

No refund or exchange will be issued after the 7-day period.  

All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange any item.  

We are sorry but we do not accept returns on:

1 - Anything purchased on sale or on a special discount (code, daily sale, flash sale, etc).

2 – Jewelry and Accessories 

4 - Swimwear / Bodysuits

Swimwear may be exchanged for store credit if sizing or style was not as expected. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online or in-store.   

Guidelines

  • All returns / store credit must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a store credit
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed
  • Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, SINCERELY ALC hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with

Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense. 

All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return. 

Not completely in love with your purchase?

No problem! Just ship it back to us. SINCERELY ALC is not responsible for shipping costs to return.

In-Store 

Online purchases will be accepted for store credit in-store with the original invoice included in the package. 

What happens next?

If your package arrives in due time, your return will be inspected and processed for store credit. You will be notified via email to the address used upon checking out with a store credit amount. 

Please allow 5-7 business days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.

 

Shipping Costs

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions.

Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer

Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not SINCERELY ALC.

 

Defective Items

SINCERELY ALC values 100% customer satisfaction. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
