  • Once clothing orders are approved, they normally ship within 24 hours pending availability.  We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
  • Following payment authorization, you should receive your order within 1 to 4 business days from the date it is shipped.
  • Bikinis and select Accessories may take 6-15 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day order was received to be shipped out pending on stock availability. Depending on demand, inventory does fluctuate causing a 6-15 business day time period to receive more inventory.   • We process all orders Monday through Friday 12PM-7PM EST, excluding holidays.
  • We ship all orders out of Miami, FL.
  • Orders can be cancelled at any time at our discretion only if pricing was incorrect or if shipping address is not authorized or reliable.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

  • We ship internationally via USPS International Services.
  • Shipping is calculated on a flat rate of $23.95.
  • International shipments take approximately 6 to 10 business days to arrive to the customer, depending on destination.
  • USPS International Standard Shipping is the cheapest method, HOWEVER:
  • USPS International Standard Shipping does not have online tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method.
Sincerely ALC is not responsible for duties and taxes once order has arrived to the destination. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes, if any, in order to receive the package.
